Please read Important Ordering Info at the link below before placing order. Only 1 of each print, set or variant allowed per household on the first day of sale. Multiple orders of the same exact print are refunded and returned to inventory without exception, even if placed by different accounts. All sales considered final and up to the discretion on Invisible Industries. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date on both your Paypal account and Shopify account BEFORE placing order. Changes of address after an order is placed will be refunded. CA residents pay sales tax. Colors vary from monitor to monitor and may vary slightly from actual product. Orders placed separately will not be combined.

*PLEASE make sure all Shipping information provided is 100% CORRECT.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping to an old, outdated or incorrect address. Please also note that some P.O. Boxes do not accept packages. If a package is returned to us, for a fault not due to our own, a new separate shipping fee will be required before any re-shipping takes place. All items returned as not claimed are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are considered final. All refunds or exchanges, if any, are completely under the sole discretion of INVISIBLE-INDUSTRIES.com.
If an order is approved for cancelation before it is shipped, a non-refundable restocking/cancellation fee of 25% of the entire order will be applied. See Store Policy for complete refund info.
CA SALES TAX
State law requires us to add sales tax to all orders shipping to California addresses. Sales tax will be added to all California orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
INVISIBLE-INDUSTRIES.com is not responsible for any International Duties and/or Taxes. All duties and or taxes are determined and collected by each individual country. INVISIBLE-INDUSTRIES.com does not refund any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. International orders are non-refundable.
International orders are most often sent through the United States Postal Service. USPS service may provide tracking as well as insurance on your purchase one the item is shipped. We can not be held responsible for the tracking information provided by USPS as it may not always be accurate. Cost is based on Country and location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 8 weeks depending on your location.
SHIPPING TIME AND PROCESSING

Packages usually ship within 1-2 weeks, but they may be shipped sooner. Orders are most often shipped USPS service. *We cannot be held responsible for the tracking information provided by USPS as it may not always be accurate. Domestic orders shipped through USPS may take anywhere from 3- 5 business days after shipping depending on your location. Packages ship out of CA.
If part of a larger order, certain items may be shipped separately due to their protective packaging or delicacy, or we may decide to ship everything together if we deem that to be safe for the items.

Q. What date and time will your new prints go on sale? / How can I be informed about new product releases?
A: We recommend joining the mailing list. We do not respond to personal requests for specific release times and dates. Most of the time sale info is released through our mailing list first, and then websites and social media. Print release times vary but are usually within a couple of weeks of the event.
Q. The item I am looking for is marked as SOLD OUT, might you have any more lying around? Can you print more?
A. Limited Edition items are not reprinted, so once an item is sold out, it is most likely gone forever. Please do not inquire about “extras”.
Q. Can you direct me to a place that may have the SOLD OUT item I am looking for?
A. Sorry, we cannot keep track of all secondary market sale locations for each of our items.
Q. Can I get a matching number set or specific number from the edition?
A. We do not provide matching number sets unless stated in the item description.
>ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
Q. Can I change my address or ship to a friends address after my payment has gone through?
A: We will accept corrections to the address, but the entire address cannot be changed to another location. All sales are final.
Q. Is there a purchase limit? Can I buy more than one of the same poster?
A. Posters are limited to 1 of each print and or variant per household for 1st day of sale. Multiple orders of the same exact print are cancelled and refunded without exception. We also reserve the right not to sell to and or block anyone we deem to be a flipper.
Q. Can I combine multiple orders into one to save on shipping?
A. Sorry, we do not combine orders due to people placing orders with separate accounts and then asking to combine them all. This creates a bottleneck to our shipping process.
Q. Why did the item in my cart disappear before checkout?
A. During high volume sales items may be sold out before they can be processed through PAYPAL even if added to the cart. Adding an item to the online Shopping Cart does NOT guarantee or reserve an item. Payment Information submission to PAYPAL only confirms your payment information, it does not confirm your order. Confirmation of order is processed through our store only after you have submitted your information to PAYPAL. Items will then be checked against our inventory and confirmation of your order will be verified. Since many people may be placing orders at exactly the same time we reserve the right to refund any orders that cannot be filled for any reason. We value our customers and if for some reason an item is oversold we will go by the order of purchases processed as they came in.
Q. If I pay now can you hold on to my purchase for be sent at a later date?
A. No. We ship everything as it comes in and have a policy of not holding orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Q. Will I get a tracking number / confirmation email?
A. USPS may provide a confirmation email with tracking once the item is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for the tracking information provided by USPS as it may not always be accurate or up to date. Once the item is in transit we cannot get more information about a package other than what is provided by the tracking number itself.
Q. Where does this store ship from? Can I pick up a print in person?
A: We are a online retailer only shipping from California USA.
Q. Can my international order be marked as a gift or less than the purchase price to save on taxes?
A. No. Due to orders being shipped in groups we do not mark orders as “gifts” or less than purchase value for any reason. We also have make sure our packages are insured for the full amount.

Q. Can I send in a print / item for it to be signed by the artist?
A. No. We do not accept incoming items to be signed due to demand and shipping liability. The best place to get a after market signature would be in person at shows and events.
Q. Would you consider donating to a charity?
A. If you would like your charity to be considered please send us information regarding the charity and the 501C3 number of your organization along with the shipping address. We do not send free items to individuals.
We would also please request a letter or email indicating the name of the charity organization, 501C3 number and the final value of the donated item as a receipt for tax purposes once the item is sold.

STORE POLICY
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read this Terms of Service agreement carefully. Your use of the Site (as defined below) constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Service agreement. We reserve the right to change this Policy without prior notice. Any changes to our Policy will become effective upon our posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
*DISCLAIMER: During high volume sales, items added to the cart may disappear before checkout as they are no longer in stock. Thank you for your understanding.
We reserve the right, at any time to accept or decline an order for any reason. We also reserve the right to decline orders to suspected flippers. Item availability and prices of all products sold at the INVISIBLE-INDUSTRIES.com site are subject to change without notice. Purchase prices are final at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. Absolutely no copyright or reproduction rights transfer with the sale of prints or original artwork. Use of any images on this site images without permission will be prosecuted.
•Adding an item to the online Shopping Cart does NOT guarantee or reserve an item.
•Submission of Payment information to PAYPAL only confirms your payment information, it does not confirm an order.
•We may need to verify any provided information before we accept an order. If the information provided requires further verification for any reason, the customer must respond to our inquiry within 5 days of purchase, or the item may be restocked.
•Once the payment and billing information has been verified the order is then processed through our staff and items are checked against our inventory.
•If an item is oversold, to be as fair as possible we will go by the order of the purchases as they were processed through Paypal.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

If for some reason your item is damaged on arrival please hold on to all packaging and contact us right away with:
1.Photos of all damage including the packaging
2.Order number
3.The print edition number.
If a claim with the carrier is filed we will contact you if any action is needed on your part.
