Order Processing & Delivery

Processing: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Inventory checks, payment clearance, and processing are considered.

Taxes: California residents pay sales tax. International orders are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Delivery: Open packaging carefully and inspect on arrival. Any damage during transit must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery, no exceptions. 

Combining Orders: We do not combine orders placed separately.
